• Handcrafted Legacy: Every Abhi Jalar machine is built by skilled master artisans in Gujarat using genuine cast bell metal, brass alloy, and pure copper-wound motors.
• Natural Variations: Due to artisanal metal casting, polishing, and varying screen displays, slight variations in brass luster, hand-painted finish, or weight may occur. These nuances are the authentic hallmark of bespoke handcrafted artistry.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Placement, Acceptance & Billing

• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.
• Upon successful order placement, an electronic confirmation invoice will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp.

5. Payment Terms & Security

We support 100% secure, RBI-compliant payment methods including UPI, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are encrypted using 256-bit bank-grade SSL protocols. In the event of payment failure, orders will not be processed until payment is verified.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Transit

Delivery timelines, courier procedures, and insured shipping terms are governed by our official Shipping Policy. While we make every effort to deliver within estimated windows (3–7 business days in India), Abhi Jalar is not liable for carrier delays caused by natural force majeure, severe weather, or regional transit restrictions.

7. Returns, Exchanges & 2-Year Warranty

All returns, transit defect replacements, and refunds are governed strictly by our official Return & Exchange Policy. All machines are covered under our 2-Year Comprehensive Warranty covering motor, internal gearbox, and power electronics under normal devotional use.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach website security, transmit malware, inject malicious scripts, or disrupt store operations.
